AI is one of the tools I use in my business, the same way I use design software or a project management app. Here’s how I use it, and how I protect you and your work. — Kim

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help with research, organizing information, outlining and first drafts, building and coding interactive tools, exploring design ideas, and editing photos and video.

Every strategy, plan and deliverable is directed, reviewed and finalized by Kim. AI supports the work. It doesn’t replace the strategy, the judgment or the accountability you’re hiring us for.

Some photos and videos of Kim on this Site were created or enhanced with AI tools, using her own likeness and with her approval. Some lifestyle images and sample-build imagery may also be AI-generated or AI-enhanced. Client testimonials, results and screenshots of real client work are real.

Your information

We don’t put your confidential information into AI tools that use it to train their public models. When we use AI on client work, we use privacy-protective settings where they’re available and share only what’s needed to do the job.

If you’d rather we not use AI on your project, tell us before we start and we’ll work out an approach together.
